The annual meeting of the Polks Landing Homeowners Association was held on November 9, 2008. With no additional nominations for the Board of Directors having been submitted in advance or at the meeting, current members John Kempter, Ann Edwards, Anna Marie Ambrose, Staples Hughes and Dave Meister were unanimously reelected for another term.

Please take a moment when you have the opportunity to thank these folks for their continued leadership and hard work on behalf of you and our neighborhood.

Mail Station Renovation

Thanks to the Board and in particular, John Kempter and Dave Meister, for their diligence and hard work in coordinating and executing much-needed renovations to the neighborhood mail station at Christie Park.

You may have found mail in your box that was addressed to a neighbor, or at least seen misdirected mail tacked to the bulletin board at the mail station.

The Homeowners Association suggests that you place misdirected mail in the blue mail box opposite the mail station or, if you like being an extra good neighbor, hand delivering it to the rightful recipient. Please do not tack it to the bulletin board, as this is a non-secure area.
